第五十四条 境外个人和组织利用网络向中华人民共和国境内实施诈骗、赌博、传播淫秽物品等犯罪活动的，对其犯罪所得及利用犯罪所得投资的企业、有价证券、不动产等资产，应当依法查封、扣押、冻结；经人民法院审理，可以依法没收。有关主管部门可以作出限制其在境内直接或者间接投资的决定。
